Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be changed but can be cancelled and a new order placed. Cancellations are accepted the day of or the next day after placing your order. Shipping may occur on the 3rd day and shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
How do I use promo code?
Your coupon/promo code can be entered into the Coupon Code box on the order summary section at checkout.

Can I return a sale item?
Sale and Clearance items are final sale items that cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items for a return authorization number and return instructions.
Do you provide refunds?
We do provide refunds for items that qualify to be returned for a refund.

Can I track my parcel online?
Tracking information is provided to each customer as notification of your order having been shipped. You can track you order with this number provided.
How long does delivery take?
Processing time is generally 3-7 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and the method of shipping chosen.
